As team members of an AAHA-accredited practice and as veterinary health experts, we are always vigilant about communicable diseases that can impact pets and their people.
We are taking extra measures above and beyond our already high standards to help ensure everyone’s safety. As the situation is rapidly changing, we are regularly monitoring information from the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), and federal and state/local agencies as well as the NCVMB (North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board) to follow all recommended protocols. We are continuing to operate during this difficult time to provide the veterinary medical and surgical care your pet needs.
Our Lobby is OPEN
While anyone has the option to come into the clinic should they wish for services, we do encourage technician appointments, boarding check-ins, and surgery/dental check-ins to continue to operate as curbside at this time to help minimize traffic flow and capacity in our lobby.
Due to the high volume phone calls, you may be experiencing longer hold times than usual. Please be patient as we have a limited number of phone lines and are doing the best we can to take care of everyone as safely and efficiently as possible.
